Payment Options

We, at Evo's African Shuttle, accept the following payment methods :

1) Direct Bank Transfer in advance. This is the preferred method as it is the safest and cheapest option. All bank charges and commissions are for the depositor's account.

2) Credit card payments are now accepted - T&C apply. We accept all major credit cards.

3) Cash in South African Rand (ZAR)

We do not accept cheques. Regular customers may open an account with us where we invoice you or your company on a monthly basis. If a trailer is required, a surcharge of R.250.00 per day will be charged. Transfers between 20.00 pm - 07.00 am by appointment only. A surcharge per transfer is chargeable for late night transfers between 18:00 pm - 06:00 am

Should a transfer be confirmed for a future date with a 50% deposit, we will honor the rate as quoted when booked. A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable on reservation and the balance is payable 3 weeks before departure. If a reservation is canceled, a cancellation fee will be charged and will be determined as follows :

Cancellation Fees:

a) 50% to secure the 2 vehicles and drivers.
b) Cancellation 72hrs prior to the trip 50% of the paid deposit will be paid back.
c) 48 hrs cancellation 25% of the paid deposit will be given back
d) Cancellation within 24hrs no refund
e) Full amount must be paid at least 36 hrs before project commences
f) If the cancellation is done less than 24 hrs before the start of the transfer - no refund and 100 % of the total amount must be paid.

While Evo's African Shuttle, their employees, and/or agents will take every care against such contingencies, they can not be held responsible for, and shall be exempt from any liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person and/or his/her luggage or personal property. At Evo's African Shuttle" we do offer passenger liability insurance, but we strongly advise all tourist and passengers to take out adequate travel insurance to cover personal accidents, medical expenses and loss of baggage. While every effort is being made to publish correct information about the different tours, we can not be held responsible for changes made by the relevant authorities-it is essential to consult the websites of the places you would like to visit. Arrival times are estimates and Evo's African Shuttle cannot guarantee these times and will not accept responsibility for any delays whatsoever that might result in clients missing their flights.
